Almost there!

New Kitty Catty!

I surprised Chris with a wittle baby kitty yesterday! As he starts a new semester, in a new home, in a new city, I figure it's a good time for a new kitty. We have named her Imogen Heap Dupont. She is our little girl.

Haiden David is almost here! My little sis had her baby shower today...I can't wait to do her baby belly shoot soon!!! You stay in there, Haiden!!! I have to take pictures of your mama!

Abbie Stauffer at the Ark

Last night, after a delicous sushi double date, Chris and I saw my dear friend Abbie Stauffer play at the Ark. She only had time for a teeny tiny set, but it was, as always, a fantastic performance. I can't wait for her and Chris to play a show together!!

Cara and Christian's Wedding Sneak Peak

For the first time in ages, and on an absolutely blisteringly hot day, I got to shoot a wedding yesterday! It was a total blast, despite getting caught in a crazy hail storm on the way there. It was around 90 degrees and plenty humid. But It was a gorgeous wedding and Cara looked absolutely stunning. I am really excited about shooting more weddings in the coming months and next Spring and Summer! Also, a huge thanks to Ashley Varney of Jubilee Photography for coming along with me as a second shooter. She is a great friend and a force to be reckoned with in the Ann Arbor photography scene!

A visit from my favorite boys

Today I got a visit from Rob Woodcox, who took some lovely photos of me yesterday in Detroit. You can view is incredible work on his Flickr.

And dear sweet Scott showed up, too. Tomorrow we are going photo adventuring all around Ypsi and Ann Arbor. Thanks so much to my boys for letting me always snap a few when I see them. You are darlings.
